1. Inventory Management System
This deals with the Inventory management : Add Product type, Add Addons/Amenities, Create Packages and Schemes, Cut Offlevel, Block Dates,etc

2. Booking Engine/Sales/Invoicing
This deals with the Booking Sequence which compromises Searches( Lookups), Invoicing, Payment Processing followed by messaging. This alsohas inherent Member registration through cookies and Security in built

3. Payment Processing
This module looks after the Credit Card Validation, Complete Payment , Refund Payments, AVS,etc

4. Distribution Network
This module looks after Interface of the booking engine with the distribution network by various modes( XML, WDDX, Sockets ). Data is exchanged by these three modes

5. Admin: Transaction Processing
An complete Back office module with various levels of security has been designed which enables processing of Transaction. One can Adjust /manage Transaction with appropriate Remarks and every adjustment is followed up by Messaging Module. Once Can Refund Payment, Check for Fraud Payment, Set the Status of the transaction depending upon the suitability

6.Customer Support
This module looks at WEB UI to track down the Customer Support requirement. It is also backed up by Messaging Module which has messages priority and Templates

7. Dynamic Interface
This utility is responsible to build varieties of Schemas , headers and footers to suit the Web Interface depending upon the affiliates Referal site..

8. Messaging Module
This Module developed in CF has various functionalities viz. Parsing in the inbound Messages, prioritizing them, distributing them, Status for each messages.

9.Inbound and Outbound Integration using XML
Inventory can be directly associated or integrated with other Business Partner into the similar trade by HARDWARE VPN

10. MIS
This is Management Information module which is generated through session tables which persiste all information for every session

11.Affiliate Commission Accounting
This is an easy Accounting module which takes Business logic as eccentric Commission pattern for each affiliates. Also the Mark up for Each Affiliates can be managed well

12. Vendor Management System
This is registration of Vendors, profiles, User right etc. Also this involves an accounting of Net Payables..
 

Scalability:
WebTransact is deployed on a distributed architecture in a manner which allows for practically unlimited scaleability. The following general principals have been applied:

Extendibility:
WebTransact e-commerce applications can be changed, expanded or replaced by system owners. The entire environment is written in the open architecture of Java. Each Web Template and processing services supporting the building of Web pages can be extended using the Java Bean Component Architecture of WebTransact. Such applications have complete access to session dataspace and therefore have the same level of control as the core system. User components may paint pages directly from customized Java Beans or from Web Templates.

Interoperability:
A significant number of integration modules are provided in packaged form. Additional modules may be created using the extendibility features of the system. Some examples are:
