Engineering designs with their plenty of legacy data
and paper drawings needs manual intervention to convert them to
electronic format which can be shared across the Common platforms
of Industries . All important information /properties of each control
element like Valves, motors, etc being into pieces which now becomes
an integral part of smart PID can easily be navigated across the
network using HTML or XML interface. IBN expertise these two
sectors of conversion and migration along with enhancements in deliverables.
One of the key factors to the success of this program was developing
intelligent P&IDs that contain equipment specifications, engineering
information and other data. Once the intelligent P&ID is developed,
it can easily be transferred electronically around the world and
updated
whenever needed so that all designers are working from the same
database.
