All the complains coming from the customers are directly entered by the customer from the website w\for which they get he trouble ticket no. This TT no becomes the primary key to track any further communication in his regard. Team at various branches in support reply to this TT which also sends a mail to client . Management overview is to get how many trouble ticker are unsolved, partly solved, solved but not confirmed from the client and confirmed solved. This gives a very define approach to coordinate every Customer Complaints, for any department, any Branch. This is far superior to today's email system where half the time the communication I slots because there is no tracking system. There are various Complain heads which facilitates auto routing of complain to the concerned person.
Internal
This is similar module to above but its ideology is to create an integrated Intranet pattern for the departments. Each department can assign priorities, objectives, daily task here with the worksheet no. to which they get the feedback which is 100% traceable with timestamps. This can be viewed and updates remotely through browsers. An easiest system to coordinate inter departments, Inter Branches

SER is an 100 crore companies with over 500 branches and has tie up with IBN to implement TMS over all its branches. IBN has reinvented the delivery Model by Choosing Prototypes screens and basic Models to be used in all the branches and bring about the Data Flow. The software Life cycle would take more than a year but this practice leaves no change of untrained professionals in the branches which remains the root cause of Major ERPs.
