BPO METHODOLOGY

Methodologies

Our SCHOLAR Approach provides a framework used by our consultants on each engagement. All of our solutions must have stringent processes and controls in place and are carefully crafted and measured across seven dimensions.


1. Resources :

We ensure offshore delivery centers are equipped with the latest software, hardware and telecommunications equipment. We understand that in many cases that these centers are responsible for delivering mission critical services to our clients. The Indian facilities must have high security with 99.9% uptime levels and include power backups and server clusters with cutover capabilities/redundancies. The communications infrastructure must also be in partnership with leading Indian communication service providers thus ensuring dedicated networks for both voice and data.

2. Risc Reduction :

we ensure that there is strong process management orientation of each ODC. Because of the time and distance between our customers and the place where the work is done, IBN found that a critical success factor for all projects is to follow carefully laid Communication Standards. The presence of both an on-site and offshore project managers ensures that expectations and specifications are carefully detailed on the common platform of communication shared. Any changes are documented and confirmed. We recognize that process excellence built upon strong communication protocols is the only route to customer satisfaction. In Order to provide complete transparency of the project logistics between the client and ODC, IBN has deployed several communication standards, these standards are aimed at instance updates from both sides, tracking, 24X7 availability , Free information flow , Deliverables and Documentation online on secured Servers.

3. Robust Technology :

All processes within our ODC's have stringent quality control mechanisms. We guarantee quality in writing and spend considerable time and resources to ensure that our work is best in class. That is why out of 6 working days in a week we use 1 day only for Internal and External Quality Audit and Evaluate Performance from the Clients point of view. So Inshort every employee of ODC is evaluated for his or her performance weekly and that is why our Delivery commitments are met 99% o the time.

4. Reliable Process Orientation :

we ensure that each project has both onshore and offshore project managers to ensure our client's work is completed according to specifications. The project managers work hard to keep communications channels open and can quickly resolve problems and issues as they arise.

5. Redundant Project Interface :

A key reason for our clients to outsource non-core work to ODC is to reduce their operational costs. With each engagement, we ensure that our clients achieve significant ROI shortly after the work has commenced. In most cases, cost savings can be realized within the first 1-3 months. Often times, we put our fees at risk until our clients achieve savings.

6. ROI :
