We follow a simple methodology, which has worked for most of the time. We have created key performance indices for Secondary research, primary research, analysis and writing of the report.
Our belief and experience for all the projects executed so far has been if the research is good including secondary and primary, analysis and writing of the report is comparatively done faster with little efforts. If the research is lacking in some areas in terms of understanding the gaps and opportunities, fetching the facts and figures, then analyst have to think out of the box and try to connect things at larger level and cannot provide indepth backups.
